To provide multiple focused culturally competent medical care services using healthcare consulting and advising techniques to inform and educate individuals, families, healthcare facilities, government agencies, and community-based health care organizations in Oregon and throughout the nation. We accomplish this by evaluating organizational practices, policies, procedures, and programs to improve clinical and administrative services and minority patient-provider relationships and treatment outcomes.
