This approach illustrates how to accomplish CCHCCS’ mission, goals, vision, and core values toward providing the necessary cultural consulting and advising services to address the unmet healthcare needs of the minority populations and their communities. This approach exemplifies the potential to effectively manage the theoretical and conceptual requirements of improving, sustaining, and maintaining the quality of care, expanded access, and affordable medical costs. It will also stabilize our state’s health economy and mitigate the anticipated COVID-19 pandemic crisis impacts.


Such an approach will address increased staff awareness in organizational leadership in its Human Resources practices, programs, professional, developmental policies, culturally sensitive, racial-ethnic patients, provider implicit racial bias, competency skills, and other unidentified appropriate services. Our services include but are not limited to decision-making processes, pre-planning, program interventions, and problem-solving, objective strategic planning, root causes, and cost-benefit analyses, and evidence-based health research findings.
